Kev off YNWA seems fairly confident that Morgan is putting money in. I can't see him paying £100m for 35% though.

If my memory serves me correctly , there are currently 35000 issued shares and 15000 un-issued shares . If Morgan was to buy the un-issued shares it would take his holding to around 34.2 % and dilute Moore's shareholding to around 35.7%.

I wouldn't expect Morgan to pay more than £4000 per share so that would be £60 million coming into the club. Of course for £60m he would also want seat(s) on the board etc, and it would be for the current board to decide if they can put up with the other conditions in order to secure the extra money.

It's mostly written but I've been having some problems with some lads on a rival cat forum. I can take flak but when they start slagging off my cats...they're gonna get kneecapped.
