Hull Build-up

Since no one's done this already I'll oblige...

I've got a feeling we'll turn these over. We're well overdue to hand out a drubbing and Hull will fancy themselves a bit more than the likes of Fulham and Stoke.

After Insua's showing last week I'm torn between whether I'd keep him in or not but I think Dossena will get the nod as he's improving and he's a bit better suited for a physical game.

Carra is also due for a rest and I reckon even Sami could outpace Dean ****ing Windass so I'd bring him in.

I'd go with:

I'm hoping that the last two results will have lifted a bit of pressure and hopefully improved morale, we need to get that buzz going about the place again. Hull to be fair to them look like a team that will at least have a go so hopefully we won't see the usual 11 men behind the ball bollocks.

Why would you have Carra down as a definite starter?

Hull Have only lost 4 games this season, thats 1 less then Arsenal have.
I would play our strongest 11 and make sure of victory. its too easy to take
games like this one lightly.

i'm not saying take this game lightely at all. IMO we SHOULD be able to take a home game against hull as an oportunity to rest 1 or 2 players and still be able to put out a team strong enough to beat them. it's not as if i want to make wholesale changes. we have a very busy xmas period coming up when it isn't plausible to play the same 11 game in game out and expect them not to get tired. we need to take games like this one to give carra and arbeloa and alonso a break.
