I dont think you have to worry too much about the difference of opinion, as those who dont back rafa either get banned, or hounded off. Soon it'll just be a bunch of nodding dogs, all agreeing with each other. Good eh?

There are one or two peeps who seem to be unrelenting in their negative opinions on Rafa, but they mostly back it up with their own justifications. I don't know anyone who just has a pop for no reason. There are definitely small groups who round on these posters and continually have a go.

I'd rather have a forum with differences of opinion, so its sad to see some of these guys move on or get banned.

whats with asking where i was? there's some complete numpties on here. i posted on the match thread but increasingly on here there's some personal hounding going on thats really disgraceful. just because i don't agree with some of rafa's decisions and voice my opinions.

its time i go and find a new forum and leave you all enjoying patting each other on the back. its been interesting if nothing else.

In fairness to rage he has come on here and argued his point in the aftermath of the games. Whatever happens I hope that we do maintain an environment where people can express their opinions no matter what they are.

what wasnt out in the open was the constant pm's i have been sent by shaggy - you know what he is like, we have all witnessed it in the past. he has hounded two/three out in the last few months the way he goes on. i just cant take it anymore.

Couldnt agree more, but there's a difference between holding an opinion and continuosly, and aggressively prosetylising one's twisted and irretrievably negative agenda against the manager.

Rafa Benitez is a man who, as I've said now in a couple of decently argued posts (at least so say others who have read them) has not only done nothing to deserve such vitriol, but actually embodies many of the qualities I, as a very long term Liverpool supporter, feel are part of the core values of the club. These being honesty, integrity, fairness, hard work, and, above all a passion for the club and the game.

I am no RCDNW sheep, and I do acknowledge that the man isnt perfect, but who the hell is? Can anyone truly say they've never made any mistakes?? My OPINION, however, is that while the man is the manager of LFC, when we're leading the league, and qualified in Europe for the last 16, calling for him to be sacked is definitely NOT the Liverpool Way.

I would go further and say that even if we werent top of the league and potentially in a position to challenge, STILL no-one should be calling for his head, simply because its clear to any reasonably objective observer how much progress we have made both on the pitch and in the background.

While I think that Est would be poorer without Rage (& Sarb), I cant help feeling that if they want to go of in a huff because of the reactions they get off other contibutors, then its very much their own doing. If you come on here spitting vitriol and spouting ****e about the manager of OUR club at every opportunity, what do you expect.

It would be very much appreciated if people could make the effort to show respect to one another. posts which do nothing but insult fellow posters really help no one. If you have a genuine problem or advice as to how you think the site could be run better feel free to use the report post button or PM a mod.

Seeing as how the game isn't being discussed anymore i think I'll close this thread (at least for now).
