Has he been? I personally haven't recently seen any quotes about us from the scumbag? Does anyone here think this too? Genuinely interested.
He said we would crack under the pressure of been top f the league and that we dont have the experience to win it.

He also said after we beat Chelsea that we'd done them (United) a favour as the title race would end up being between United and Chelsea again. He's apparently said similar things again this weekend (according to the mirror)
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

          What great those words did

Next time, Rafa should shut the **** up and concentrate on his team. What a horrible weekend.

              Seriously, about time
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

It is a bad weekend but Rafas word have have no impact on results IMO.

We're now top, but will be overhauled if United win their 2 easy games in hand.

                  Great(!)

It's about time people stopped being blinded by this whole 'top of the league' stuff.

Dropping points against **** clubs has put us in the situation where we'll struggle to stay top of the league. Fact.

Just like they had no impact on Dider Drogba before he knocked us out of the CL last season?

Of course they have an impact, they can fire up opponents and give people even more drive and determination to shut him up.

I didn't watch the game but my Manc loving brother said the ref disallowed 2 united goals and denied a penalty so maybe Raf's words had some effect.

They still won but if refs are now behaving like they should be to united it may pay dividends in the long run

Being top of the league is much better than not being top of the league. If you're top of the league you have the points in the bag, we've seen situations ourselves where we had games in hand in previous seasons and didn't capitalise on them. United destroyed Chelsea today, but they may falter against Wigan. Here's hoping!

Being top of the league only means something if you stay there. To stay there, you have to win.

No it doesn't. Ultimately it would be nice to win, but having a go was all most people expected at the start of the season and we're having a go. It would have been great to beat Stoke, but we didn't - and we're still top of the league. We've got to go to Old Trafford yet - it's still in our hands. I'm just enjoying it whilst I can, I'm not going to start whinging about being top of the league!

This time last season we were all going through the 'if we win here and they drop points here' crap cos we were 10 points off the pace. We're still 4 points clear at the moment

What does being top of the table now, mean in May if we finish 3rd?

Do we get a trophy engraved to say we were top in January?

The standards of some of our fans are embarrassing.
