Don't you think how strange and how out of character it was for Rafa'a rant? Then just as it is dying down he has another little pop at Mr Gill. Then that is just fading and then they announce he's close to signing a new deal(why is anyone interested until he has signed).

This is all very clever smoke and mirror tactics to divert everyone from the VERY BIG NEWS.
