Fletcher has been one of United's better players this season along with Carrick, Giggs, Ferdinand and Vidic.

There was a moment during the game when Riera had the ball in a good position, looked up and there was 1 red shirt in teh box and about 5 or 6 blue shirts. I just thought W. T. F.

Yet we can afford to have 11 men behind the ball at times.

Quaresma also flopped at Barcelona when he joined them in 2003.

I've actually come to the conclusion that it is not completely the case. In the Chelsea game it was nearly always enough to have Torres and Kuyt in the area as their understanding and movement is very good. Obviously more would be nice but I don't think it is a necessity. What we do really lack is players in positions that will maximise a less than perfect cross - i.e. running in on the opposite flank and running into the D.

I guess there might be a point in that the person who is crossing feels under pressure to pull out a great cross or simply slings it in rather having faith that a decent attempt will find someone.

I agree to an extent with this.

I don't think the problem is having the bodies in the box. We could do with more at times but usually we have enough in the opposition box to cause problems, although I would like to see Alonso get forward more.

I think our major problem when we put a ball into the box is that none of our players attack the ball properly. I've lost count of the amount of times one of our wide players has put in a decent cross but there's no one trying to get on the end of it. Our players need to be more proactive and agressive in this regard.

Dossena is ****e. If he's to make it in a top team he needs a drastic improvement and fast. I'd have Insua over him anyday.

Riera is a good little player. He may not be world class, but what do you expect for the money we paid for him?

I would rather play my dad at left back than Dossena.

                        Insua>Aurelio>My Dad>Dossena.

Reira is not playing as well as he was earlier in the season, same goes for Kuyt, but he isn't ****. Just average of that. Whatever we get from him for the rest of the season I think he will be better next year.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24
