If Park had any level of composure he would be a really top player. As it is I think he is a very comparable player to Kuyt but that Kuyt creates and scores more.

Just to make a point on the official PL fantasy league Kuyt is the 7th highest point scoring midfeilder and would be the third highest scoring forward. Not bad for a man so often derided. He is an effective if not stylish player.

Don't forget, without his goals we would have drawn away and lost at home to Citeh this season. Also, we might not even have got into the CL without his last gasp goal.

An underrated player if ever there was one. Sure he has some atrocious touches at times but you just got to put up with that because the positives from him far outweigh the negatives, IMO.

See how high Dossena plays up (yes i know he can't defend, run etc to save his life ) but thats what we really need, two full backs running up and down and providing the width and crossing whilst the likes of kuyt tucks in.

Either that or as i mentioned before we buy a very dynamic right sided midfielder who can get past a man, cross a ball, do something unpredictable to open up a game and keep solid arbeloa at right back.

        if only SG was available

buy barry for left back - keep masher and alonso for centre mid and stick SG on the right. dunno what to do with kuyt then though - i the hole behind torres?

what about those goals he's scored from really tight angles this season? Accident or sign of some skill? He's done it on more than a few occassions, so I'm inclined to say skill rather than luck. The guy can put it away when he wants to. I'd say he's not a bad finisher, he just needs more time on the ball which he isn't going to get in the premiership.
          Really?
