        We certainly struggle to. tbh though if you're going back to the Keane thing, the way he played for us I can't see him having made much difference. The issue today has been in midfield (and at the back) more than anything, the best strikers in the world can't score if they're feeding off scraps.

          We have 2 players in Kuyt and Babel who have made it to the top level of the game without possessing a first touch, it defies belief it really does.

          Why can everybody except Benitez see that Kuyt up front on his own doesnt work?

                          We all knew this would happen - sell Keane (regardless what you thought of him) and Torres get injured.
                          We have no other player to score consitently.

                                Selling Keane without getting a replacement in (any replacement) was an absolute inexcusable decision.
