It matters who picked them. If they're not good enough to beat Boro then they shouldn't be on the field

Of course it matters. If he signed better players, maybe THEY would have performed well.

Are you happy with our performances at this stage of Rafa's reign?
I'm gutted at the performance and Rafa has to accept his part of the blame. The players too, must take their share of the blame, they were disgraceful.

I just find the fact that some of you are comparing how easily Mourinho would find it at our club incredibly distasteful.
        That's the one...

There's justifiably questions about how long Rafa will be here for, and i'm speculating about a potential successor. What's distasteful about that?

No-one can argue with Mourinho's record.

If you think it's all down to money, then what happened to Scolari?
How did he do it at Porto with no money?
He's going to win the title in 3 seperate countries. You have to be a great manager to be good enough to do that, Fergie has not done that.
He hasn't lost a home league match for several years, stretching 3 seperate countries. That's no fluke.

Yep, JM was a tw@t at the Chavs and in no way am I asking or hoping he would come in. But our players really seem to need some better man management.

Through all the crap going on behind the scenes, they need encouragement and a pat on the back. Not all this scrutiny that Rafa dishes out. Benny not starting today was prime example of your "reward" for having a good run of form.

Players say they have improved under Rafa. Well maybe technically they have. But our players natural game and instincts seem to be on the decline and it's obviously costing us in the league.

I just think the senior players need to take more responsibility for the way we collapsed mentally than most people seem to be attributing in their thirst for Rafa's blood. If we'd continued to play as we started after they scored there would not have been an issue at all.
Todays performance was a shocker. We should have a system were for such performance the entire first teams and Rafa's wages are docked and returned to the fans who bought the tickets.

Sami, Carra and Stevie g were as bad as everyother player on the pitch, they were not signed by Rafa. Even being a closet manc you should know that!

If you think Rafa has what it takes to create a Premiership winning side then I won't change your opinion. It's pointless arguing about it and I don't want a slanging match.
In my opinion, Rafa has not progressed in the Premiership since Houllier

****ing pathetic, solely as a football fan it's devastating how things have went so terribly wrong for us in the last few months. From looking like near enough front runners for the title to battling for third place it's gut wrenching really.
