    LOL!

I just posted on another thread how you will be telling your kids about how you once watched Gerrard; Torres; Alonso et al.

Chill out and enjoy the good. Rise above the disappointment.

Thankfully Arsenal are a long way behind but I can see Villa catching us too with that side we had out today.

Will winning the Champions League be enough for you now that United have won 18 too? We're better than when Houllier left but still not good enough.

Absolute pathetic attitude to have, ffs, we as fans of one of the most sucsessful teams in history should NEVER give up on our Club EVER no matter how we are doing in any competisions

At the end of the day mate, nothing's ever over till the fat lady sings eh, come on Reds, lets show the doubters! that we never give up

That is my sentiment as well.

I am very disappointed, but all our games are important, even if our title hopes are lost now.

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Also 2nd place gets automatic qualification to the champions league which affects preparation for the new season. For those reasons alone we should be aiming to finish as high as possible.

Plus for me every game we play is important and I want to see us win them all
This year 3rd place gets automatic qualification to the group stages aswell. 4th place still have to play a qualifier.

However 2nd gets s bigger share of the prize money.

                  Thanks I somehow missed that
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Our fourth place team wil also have a much harder time qualifying this year; much tougher teams in the pool with them :

I tried not to have a great interest in the Sunderland game as I was still frustrated, but surely like many others, I couldn’t help but dance with delight once Davey got his first goal for us.

CL winners and 2nd place to finish off a very positive season when considering the unimaginable circumstances, should have been a lot lot worse.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Fecking hell there really are some spoilt brats as Liverpool fans now a days. Fighting for 2nd in the most competitive league in the world, the number 1 club in Europe and you have the nerve to say the matches dont mean anything?
I'm sorry but you clearly arent a Liverpool fan or even a football fan with an attitude like that. I would hate to see how long some of our fans would last if they supported a team going through relegation.

Don't worry about it. You can't lose.
                            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
