It sure would be nice to win it again, but I dont think that really has much to do with my post.
My point was how spoilt some of the fans have became, and if the glory isnt there then their love for the club dies. The heart ache some true fans around the world go from relegation, their club losing their ground or the team going bankrupt.

I wouldnt agree with that at all, I have loved the European runs we have been on since Rafa. Without them I doubt we could have afforded players like Torres or Mascherano and Gerrard would probably be playing with Chelsea at the minute.

I've loved the European runs too, every red has. And i agree that they've helped financially.

We're not 'the number 1 team in europe' though, those Uefa rankings mean sod all. Trophies matter, uefa rankings dont.
