Don't worry i sort of know what you mean i went to new york a few years ago and watched the Liverpool v Bolton game in the ESPN bar in time square there was me and about 2 other pool fans and we just got up and starting singing YNWA and fields of Anfield road and EVERYONE in there looked at us like we were nuts but we didn't care. We showed those yanks how to do it! Even had some of the bar staff asking me all sorts of questions about our great game and how come we as fans are so nuts because they don't act like that there.Last edited by Leyton388; 18-03-09, 10:46 PM.

to be fair, chicago has the country's best footy pub. i've been in there for matches plenty of times when i thought "this banter might turn into a fight" followed by the thought "and i wouldn't mind that so much actually."Originally posted by liverpooltj View PostDon't worry i sort of know what you mean i went to new york a few years ago and watched the Liverpool v Bolton game in the ESPN bar in time square there was me and about 2 other pool fans and we just got up and starting singing YNWA and fields of Anfield road and EVERYONE in there looked at us like we were nuts but we didn't care. Just joined the site and a handful of posts. Wont answer questions about the source.
I smell a WUM.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostI'd be surprised. I still think he wont sign a new deal until the ownership is sorted.
Cream seems to be a wum, he's viewing the thread but still wont answer the questions about a source.

Good to get a distraction out of the way and if ownership news is following, then that means it's a good week alright stability wise.
I have my doubts about Rafa like many people but I'm not here to piss on the parade, maybe giving him full control with a bit more cash and no Parry, might make all the difference. Next summer's transfer market should be interesting anyway.

Certainly is great news following on from a fantastic week.
I am not sure if Rafa signing means any movement on the ownership front, i guess time will tell on that, but i am pretty confident it means we will have a reasonable amount of cash to spend in the summer regardless of who owns the club.
