I feel it's all starting to fit into place, and that new owners/owner/investors are on the horizon, not just because Rafa seems to be satisfied with what he's been told/promised and has now signed a contract he had sent back anything up to 5 times.

But also because it's getting towards that time, that time when H&G have no more time left, and their hand will be forced, there are i believe buyers out there, just not at H&G's price is all, that price will change imo, very soon, if it hasn't already that is.

Was watching Sky Sports news last night and didn't see this coming.

Rafa should no his summer budget as well and be happy with it so it makes for an interesting summer.

It is a good move for H&G as well. They have a club that is very healthy on the pitch with a top class Manager tied down for 5 years. They have planning permission for a new stadium and most importantly of all they are fortunate enough to be owners of one of the most famous clubs in world football. Also, they have got rid of Parry.

This club should not need much selling. I expect they will walk away with a decent deal for everyone come this summer.

See I think that indicates exactly the opposite. However they have done it I think that an contract announcement now with surely more backroom staff to follow would seem to indicate that G&H are here for the medium term at least.

If so they must get investment from somewhere, whether by diluting their own holdings or by one of them selling, when is the time up for the repayment, something has to give in the summer i feel.

I don't think that is even necessarily true. The debt compared to our revenue is not that big. I really think given that the Sky TV deal guarantees a large amount of that income going forward that there is a decent chance of them simply refinancing with RBS or one of the American banks. I think you are right (June or July) for the repayment date as is.
