It's not a resting player decision, as dossena played for italy against ireland, so would be as tired as say for instance riera.

Sorry to see aurelio out, been one of our best players this season, when fit he defo makes us a better,classier side.

dossena only played half an hour in italy, whereas reira got ninety in turkey
