    I think he could bring an interesting perspective and help Staunton develop. (I have to say this for my mother and her love of the Irish).

      I think (if this is true) that the FAI would have a hiden agenda, IE: Subtlely trying to replalce Stan with Kenny, not just bring him in for help.

        Good point Nic, although I don't think Kenny would like to be a full time international manager.

              Should have been given the manager's job years ago (circa McCarthy's appointment, If I remember exactly).........FAI wouldn't give him him the money he was after though (they needed it for all their foreign trips and beer cruises )
