He's well connected. It's un-****ing-believably true. He was the most incompetent CEO of any football club yet the man still has mates in the footballing world.

Bit harsh, he did a lot of good for our club, much of it unreported and unrewarded.

He had his failings in global acumen but he's not as bad as people make out.
