Depends if you're doing something else of any importance. At this stage of the year, i'm always gagging to see some LFC action, given the summer break and withdrawal symptoms, so yes i find it worthwhile. It's not greatly exciting, mind
I'm not but then again these friendlies are usually so disappointingly dull I think I'd rather build up the anticipation until we first play in anger. I'll carry on reading a book.

you can see they've been doing 2 a days in the mountains all week. they don't have much for legs, and that doesn't help players like nemeth who are small enough to just get shoved aside before he can turn on any pace (what little he has after a rough week, i should say)
i'm not judging anyone harshly today. even stevie looks tired and pants.
