        Who knows?
        0.83ft is ~10 inches so if he is 1.78m that's 5'10"

There are 12 inches in a foot so the 0.83ft needs to be multiplied by 12 to get the number of inches (0.83x12 ~10)

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'm just taking an extremely pragmatic view of this season now, nothing will surprise me any more, we've had the lot, so much stuff going on that's unexplainable tbh, but having one of our losses commemorated by a beach ball ending up in the football museum just about did it for me.

This season was simply not meant to be.

However, i have total faith that next season, starting with a clean slate, we'll play up to form once more, trouble is, our rivals will have strengthened considerably, buying the players we can only dream of.

That is where we are now, the fact we are Liverpool fc won't change that, history, expectations, size of club, nothing will change that as long as debts and not transfers eat up the profit.

Possibly, but thats why its so important for us to get into the CL as without that to offer, Citeh or Spurs will have a problem getting the better players. If we fail to get into the top 4 and Citeh do make it, I think there will be us, Villa and Spurs fighting with Arsenal next season as Citeh (with their resources) may well cement a top 4 place for years to come.

If our resources don't change, its just a matter of time before we drop out of the big 4 and get replaced by Citeh. Arsenal (won't go out and spen big ) but are in a better financial position than us now for the future so its going to be very tough for us to compete.

If the debt stops eating up the profit and it gets spent on players then yes it'll change.

This is the reality we are faced with, even then Citeh will still attract a decent calibre of player to eventually get them into the top 4, consistent spending, large salaries combined with a decent manager will do that in time.

As you say once there, they'll spend big time, invest in success.

It could become a very grim period for us, it all hinges on the yanks. The thing is, even if they decide to sell up and leave, who's to say the new owners will be any better. You can bet they won't have the interest of the club at heart, it'll all be about the financial return and nothing else.

how long is rafa gonna persist with playing the argentine hobbit that is insua?!?!?!? he is getting wirse by the game. rafa now plays aurelio ahead of him a a negative approch just to try and give him support he's that poor. he is becoming a laughing stock and the abuse he receives from other teams is IMO justified. if ahsley cole or patrice evra etc.... were to play as badly we'd be having a field day. against reading i cant remember a single tackle he made that wasn't an illegal foul. he continually pulled at mcanuff shirt, got beat for pace even with a 10 foot headstart and when in acre's of space would immediately look for a pass to ste even when it wasn't on. he simply hasn't cut the mustard and i'm begging for rafa to stop his obvious childish fallout with aurelio ( over fabio not accepting a pay as you play deal ) and reinstated our best left back to the starting 11.
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

In a settled back four against Villa, in ****ty conditions he played really well. His season has been up and down but similar accusations were put to Carragher when he broke through and he has come through to be a pretty good player.

He also got absolutely no support whatsoever from Aurelio for most of that game, leaving him badly exposed.

With experience he'll learn far better how to cover for those quicker players, this season is a massive learning curve for the lad and he'll be much better in future for it.

I think he could possibly do with a bit of a rest, but otherwise I'd still rather see insua starting at LB for us currently than Aurelio, or Dossena.

5Ft 8, or 5Ft 10...........He's still not good enough. An absolutely appalling player. He is possibly the worst defender I've seen play for Liverpool in 45 years, and I've seen some bad ones!
