babel has been systematically deconstructed by rafa IMO and i dont blame him onbe bit for what he has said. every single person out there would be heartbroken at constantly being told your for the future, constantly being overlooked in place of inferior players and never given the chance that so many others who at present are clearly not performing seem to get. i'm surprised he isn't complaining more to be honest.[/[/B][/B]QUOTE]

Babel seems to have you won u over then.......

Personally i reckon he talks a good game, delivers **** all where it matters, on the field oh and on the training ground as well

MAybe Rafa keeps offering him a chance to prove himself and he fails to deliver everytime?

I would be heartboken if i gave it all, only babel knows iif he did......you think he did, i am not so sure....in fact i am, i reckon he didnt
i dont like the whole training ground reward scheme rafa has. lucas must be one hard trainer to keep playing cause on the pitch his performances dont merit a sustained run in the XI.

maybe babel isn't giving it his all right now but when he gets 5-7 mins every 3-4 games to show what he can do it must be hard to give it ur all at times like that.

Rafa, for sure, is not a good man manager.
      You mean Jermaine pennant?

Mourinho had major problems with the dressing room allegedly didnt he?

I've washed my hands of him. Just get rid of him.

not getting into a lucas bashing thread other than he is all we have at moment so no choice!!

i do agree that rafa's style stifles a certain amount of creativity and rewards sticking to rafa's plan and i defo would like to see players given more freedom

Maybe he would do well under Wenger then? Are you interested to hear what another 'reputed' manager has to say about our current plight? If so, well here it is.

              pennat, bellamy, crouch.

as far as i'm aware from chelsea fans i know, jose had , and still has, the full backing of the dressing room.

Pennant and Bellamy wrote they had a problem with Rafa so that makes him a bad man manger ?? Come on.

Every manager will have players who bad mouth them in autobiographies, even Maureen, Fergusons career will be littered with players who say they never got a chance, Nani said the other day he's being stifled, it's all ususally the fault of the player, lack of effort, quality, brains, or all of the above, but they like to blame someone else.

What exactly has he done to earn more playing time? Run into people, make **** decisions, not tackle, not track back, give the ball away, shoot his mouth off....etc etc.

He's ****. He hasn't developed since he was at Ajax. I've got a mate who's an Ajax fan, and he warned me this is what he's like. He thinks he's better than he is. He's lazy, he's got horrible touch, and plays out of control. He has no football IQ whatsoever etc etc.

just read it. wenger is right IMO. we have been unlucky is a few games this year. but we have been absoloute dross in many more and on that basis is why i'm advocating changing it about and giving babel a run to see if he can make the difference.

i would be a bit cold with a player if he swung a golf club at another one of my players

as for crouch he never has said he had an issue with rafa, he just he likes working under Harrys buddy style management and i would say RAfa definitely got the best out of crouch to

and pennant is just a ****

i would prefer to see El zhar than Babel in the team, Remember after the wonder goal he reverted to type.

, i predict he will be sold back to a team in holland and will stay there for the rest of his career being a big fish in a small pond, where he will excel

Harry ****ing Redknapp, what a great manager he is. How many trophies has he won? Great man manager. He's got a face as if he bums his players all day long.

we have been pretty **** this year. the left side of the pitch is a probelm without riera being fit and benni working better in the middle. aurelio has been in and out with injuries and should be replacing insua anyway. all of this shows to me anyway that babel should be given the 3-4 games in a row playing at least 70 mins to show what he can do. IF after this he still plays not to his best he will have no excuse and then we can slate him etc.... till then i'm a diehard babel fan. he has not IMO been given anywhere near a fair crack of the whip.

disagree with that. after his wonder goal against lyon he really went for it. attacked passed etc.... then got dropped for the next game.

i think whever babel goes, as i beleive rafa just wants him gone, he will succeed. i redict an italian team such as juve.
