Anyone ever heard of any of the opposition in that Hull team? No, not quite Toure and Lescott are they?
    does he? did he?

your right, hulls defence wasnt toure or the klingon.....but nobody is saying amoo is torres either.

dont think anybody wannts half a first team of them either.....but its hopefult to see they may save us a few quid in the future!!!

This is good sign then as in first team he is a very good midfielder. Hopefully Amoo/Eccleston looks like Torres in reservers so they could be like Dafoe in league

Is it raining where you are?.................it's really gloomy here too my friend..............Cheer up fella I don't think any of us are expecting a bunch of Stevie's G's and a few Torre's to be coming through Let's hope most of them turn into very good team players for L.F.C

I think all anyone asks mate is to have one or two on the bench, then if we get a chance to bring them on then excellent. Then it's down to themselves to prove they are good enough, if they're not quite ready then no worries, at least we have an idea.

It's all about giving Rafa options for the future. This injury crissi has hurt us and it is down to having little strength in depth. If we give youngsters game time when we can, then the next time it happens we will not be hurt so much.
          Forwards.......

Lucas played twice for the reserves when he first arrived...

And Ayala looked good when he played next to Carra...in fact, we kept a comofrtable clean sheet that day, and we couldn't understand the need to go out and buy that greek fella.

He was good but was scared ****less when on the ball, which is odd because he's very comfortable on the ball for the reserves. I'm sure if he had been brought through slowly as Rafa seems to like to do that would have been less of an issue though. The greek has bought us another year of developing Ayala and Mavinga without the pressure of the entire english media trying to make them fail.
