agreed we never have any of that. those early games where we pulled victories from the jaws of defeat such as Boro at home had no luck involved at all?

Don't get me wrong, I thought last season was a decent enough season. But I don't need people to try and explain away what I saw week in week out with my own eyes. Perhaps I just expect more.

Even if we were 'lucky' to win those games we deserved to win them all. We seemed to shoot ourselves in the foot by dropping stupid leads or letting teams score free goals and take a lead in those games.

We've recovered from being 2-0 down, 3-1 down a number of times so easily, showing that we were playing out of 2nd gear and when we needed to step up we did.

Too many of those players have been off form this season.
