I'm probably missing the point but, what was the point of the seeding? Juve v Alex (both seeds) and Rubin Kazan v Hapoel Tel Aviv (both unseeded) jump off the page, all there any others?

Personally I'd be delighted if we won the Europa Cup. It's a bad state of affairs that we ended up in it, but it's a good trophy to win. I guarantee that any other team in Europe (other than English teams) would treat it as a massive priority if they were in the competition.

Getting 4th place and winning the Europa League would greatly assist us in attracting some top class players too. Throw in the FA cup, and the Mancs winning **** all - and this wouldn't be such a bad season after all.

I got a chance to watch the draw live on Eurosport and I am certain there was King Kenny sitting there for us, taking notes. Cheered me up big time.

In regards to the draw I think Fenerbahce will be a tough one in the quarter finals. Mind that, I have happy memories about some game in Istanbul.
