Man the **** up. We'll come good, it's a question of time. This season is a write off but there's still time for us to easily sort it out to come 4th.

The same values that has seen this club go without a league title for almost 20 years.

you have to earn the right to be a big club and we just have done it this season.

Unfortunately supporters cant play on the pitch because if we did you'd have seen a liverpool side full of players that actually gave a ****.

They let their heads drop too quickly. Our motivation was spot on in the first half. It's down to the players to react when faced with adversity though.

And if that is the case it is up to Rafa to see that and help them to **** off isn't it?

But I do agree with you that, especially after last season finishing 2nd, the chance of winning the PL, CL etc. etc. is more than enough.

I said what I thought was happening you fool, not what I wanted.

And are you also suggesting only 'big' clubs have loyal support?

We have a history of being 'knowledgeable' supporters but it seems we let our frustrations get the better of us these days.

No hate to say it but when a team doesn't compete for any trophy or even compete on the pitch, that is when we are no longer a big club.

And with the way this season is going and the lack of competing by the players in the team we could find ourselves going down that road if we are not careful.

Can anybody post what Rafa said after the game? Cheers.

You need to look at the bigger picture and see we're competing for fourth

We'll go down the road quicker if we sack Rafa. He's building something and he's got a 5 year contract. If next season is as bad as this one then I'd ask questions, not after just one very bad season. That would be foolish.

Rafa has a track record second to none, not just about winning cups, but about winning championships. He'll turn us around and make decisions to 'replace' the players who aren't good enough in time. You can't do this mid season.

At this moment in time we are and therefore it is the only picture, never mind the big one

I'm not sure I see it as a managers role to motivate the team as such - they should be able to motivate themselves for the game - it's what they do for a living and they are privileged to be earning what they do playing the game they love (supposedly).

It's Rafa's job to set the tactics, analyze the opponents, setting up the game, handling behind the scene affairs (training etc.) - but it shouldn't be necessary for him to motivate them for the game.

I agree that it's his job to help them get out of the hole they are in (the players), and it's his job to get the winning mentality/confidence in the team - but not the same as motivation for me.

What a ridiculous statement. Second to none? Are you sure? There are plenty of manager's that have won more titles than Rafa.

That means he is the most successful ever.
