he will be 'quizzed' by the police. Not arrested. Could just be a witness. happened to me recently. I witnessed somebody being glassed, and i was 'quizzed' by the police.

Not quite. The bloke that got glassed ended up being arrested because he was so inebriated that he started fighting the police. He then filed a complaint for racial harassment.

The other guy owned up pretty much straight away.
