I wouldn't normally be so decisive on a player but I just can't see what he can offer a team who wants to play intelligent,passing football.

That's just not true, so no point in even arguing with someone who clearly has made his mind up without watching him play much.

FWIW, I don't think Ngoo will ever go on to be a first team regular for us, I've seen much more talented players fail. On merit alone, he deserves a chance this season though under the circumstances and it's a terrible shame that chance won't be coming in Russia.

Well I think he already has more about his game than Carroll, who I've never rated. He can beat people, he can finish, he can spot a pass. Sure he's awkward and unconventional and he might not make it but I like him.

You are probably right but he is consistently one of the best players for U21 this year regardless of his style and if others from that squad are given opportunity to prove themselves at the highest level there is no reason not to give him a chance as well.

He turned 20 about two weeks ago, it's hard to see how anyone can be so definitive about him. I'd love to see him get a few chances, see what he can do. It's the only way we'll know.

Yea,I truly mean it. He is nowhere near good enough to be a premiership footballer,let alone someone upfront for Liverpool. Come on man,have we let our standards slip that much? Not many people wanted Heskey upfront for Liverpool at his peak and Ngoo is not in anyway as good as or imo ever will be. He just doesn't have the physicality(is that a word?) or the footballers brain for it.

I doubt that he would ever get into any top flight team.
