Agreed. So much so that Spurs have tried to 'do' him on at least three occasions.

That's a fair assessment, though from what little I've seen on Degen I do think Heggem was better.

Degen is bloody fast though. He's given Bale, Dawson and King a few yards head start on a number of occasions and caught up with them.

Though King has no knees.

Same here - Not quite as good as Hegem. Just as injured though.
