Aquilani looked a lot more comfortable playing in a more advanced role, Kuyt took his goals well, N'gog looked bright when he came on, Degen played well again. Can't really find fault with anyone tonight. Absolutely made up for all the Liverpool fans tonight, finally a performance we can be proud after this bad spell we've been going through.

Kyrgiakos is in serious danger of making himself a Cult Hero at Anfield at this rate, thought he was superb again tonight

Pretty much spot on I think.

Ngog is certainly better as a sub than starting, Degen is very quick, Kuyt probably had his best game of the season, and Carra was immense in the first half.

Some great performances tonight Degen, Mascherano, Lucas, Kuyt, Kyriakos, and Ngog when he came on. Fantastic performance particularly given the circumstances and the players we were missing.

We created a number of chances, Kuyt should have had a hat trick and Kyriakos had a couple of chances. I never realised Degen had so much pace. Lucas and Mascherano worked hard in midfield to block and hassel Spurs, Aquilani looked good as well. We need more performances like that. This result puts us right back in the mix for 4th spot we just need to push on and secure it!
