It's going to be Carra and Maxi on the right. There's no way Rafa is gonna play Carra and Kuyt at home against Bolton. I hope so anyway.

Ngog and Kuyt slightly withdrawn with Lucas and Gerrard in the middle of the park wouldn't be a bad idea but I ain't sure if Stevie is fit enough to play a full match there. So it'll probably be this team:

Aquilani isn't strong enough to take over the mantle in central midfield yet. I think he needs a good pre-season to bed in fully in that position. He'll be in and out of the team until the end of the season when everyone is fit.
