Why exactly? He, at present, is scoring ALL our goals and making a lot of our play and always gives his all. Not sure what else you want him to do.

Aquilani needs to stop trying to match Alonso with these 40 yard passes.

Keep it simple.

He's trying to build his confidence and I think it's a good sign. He's got it in him to be as good a passer of the ball from what I've seen and he gets into good positions too. Superb assist for the goal.

With this team and formation we can see how Rafa want this team to evolve. Not sure he'll want to be as adventurous away from home.

I have been impressed with Kuyt too as he's had to interchange positions with Gerrard playing in the middle and mostly from the right. Kuyt has probably been our best player this first half.

I was going to mention how quiet it is but I always feel a bit out of order, whilst watching on a stream.

Insua seems to be knocking in some great crosses of late.
