True but then they'd probably just bid more.
Also, I don't think we have £7m to spend!

I fear for fourth spot if we don't pull in a striker.

I'd take Michael Owen on loan at this rate.

Is that how much he's gone for? He was out of contract in the summer
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

BBC Radio 5 live's senior football reporter Ian Dennis: "Middlesbrough winger Adam Johnson is having a medical as we speak and Man City are trying to push through a £7m transfer before the deadline."

What is with all the midfielders, derfenders and wingers, we have enough of those to shake a ****ty stick at. We need a striker to play alongside/in place of Torres.

As 10 Million wouldnt buy much today, somebody like Henry would fit the bill.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

YOU are the Manager of Liverpool FC and have a princely budget of £10m.

How would you spend it? Or would you not bother? Who, if anyone, would be the real impact signing?

Personally, I would sign Adam Johnson from Boro - this lad looks like he will be a bit special IMO. Ticks all the right boxes for me and it is crazy if we do not try and bring him in at the prices being quoted. I reckon we could get him within that £10m budget.
I tried to suspend my disbelief as to being LFC manager, but having £10m to spend just ruined it for me...
              Really?

I wonder how many of you would have taken Robbie Keane back on loan till the end of the season?

I'll hold my hands up to Lucas Neill and starting the Sol Campbell thread as a question (as has been said it seems Wenger thought it was worth a punt too).
I have to hold my hands up to the Lucas Neill Thread (back at KT when he left Blackburn) Thought he'd have been a good signing, being able to play along the back 4.

                          Appreciate the gesture, EwarWoo.

It takes me back to the 31 Janaury 2014.

Bob and I never had any rows. We didn't have any time for that. We had to plan where we were going to keep all the cups we won.
