      roy is a decent manager if we lose torres, gerrard and masher.

      because we will be like fulham and have the resources of fulham. so mid-table.

      appointment of anyone else means we're looking to get back in the CL.

                I thought we had all agreed that Purslow was a snake? I think he seems very much a business first, friends second sort of guy.

                I don't see why his friendship with Hodgson would necessarily affect Kenny's assessment of him as a manager. Also to be a top manager as Kenny was takes a degree of self confidence that borders on arrogance and a ruthless streak.

                                Im assuming most if not all of us have read dave maddocks article claiming roy hodgson is about to become the new manager.
                                Im just interested in finding out who does or doesnt believe the deal will be done in the next 48 hours?
                                I think its a bull**** article myself because the last line says he could have avout 50 million to spend.
                                Im hopeless with posting links so if anyone else wishes to do so
