When I look at managers, I look at what they are getting out of their resources. Since the big four have most of the trophies tied up, not winning a trophy is hardly a surprise for anyone at a smaller club. Then you have Harry Redknapp who has only won one FA Cup in his entire management career yet does that mean he's a poor manager?
I honestly hand on heart can't see why in the present position of having **** owners, no money and no CL football anybody would want to bring in a manager from abroad that has no experience of this league. It would be nothing short of madness.
