Can I ask this - Why all the hatred towards Christian Purslow? Whilst sacking Rafa whilst he was on holiday was I'll timed, other than that I fail to see what he has done wrong.

After Reading all this negativity towards him I am positive that I have missed something.

Some people despise for the way he sacked Rafa. I despise him because he sacked him. I think it was a terrible decision.

So, yes, I loathe him.

For me, its all the spin coming out of his camp. Its pretty clear he was spinning against Rafa for the last few months with "club sources" regularly being quoted about problems with the football management side of things. Then the leak of the offer of cash for him to leave just to make his position untenable.

Its bad enough for a club to wash its dirty linen in public but its even worse for it to be done as part of a sneaky, underhand PR campaign that takes us for idiots.


And thats leaving aside the fact that, despite all the "club sources" telling us regualrly about how brilliant he is as chief executive, we're ended up since he took over with no new owners, no new stadium, with some of our best players restless, with no manager in the middle of the transfer window, and with us being linked with all sorts of mediocre replacements. Not to say he's to blame for all of it by any means - but we're always hearing how with top business men, its all about results. And the results so far have been shocking.

He sacked Rafa without a better or as good as replacement lined up,he did it while the man was on holiday,he did it via the media and he spent the better part of the year briefing the media against Rafa to further his own ends.Add to that a viable and realistic way to fund the stadium was offered to him and he didn't even chase it up,cos he knew better as he always believes he does.

he's a snake,the kind of which we've seen too many of around this club for the last few years.He was brought in the find 100 million investment for the owners,he didn't so why is he still here.Another Parry trying to find deals which protect his job.He needs to **** off with the rest of the snakes at the top of our club.

I suppose with a club you can buy players that fit your ideal but with the national team you're pretty much get what your given.

In a club game you assemble whatever team you need from all over the world with money being your only inhibitor.
