Riera - Benitez never talks to Liverpool Players

It seems to me that the only players who seem to have spoken out about problems with him, are pretty much all 'expressive' or attacking players. That's obviously not to say that he'd cause problems with all attacking players, but i dont remember any of the 'solid but unspectacular' types saying they had a problem with him.

I dunno if it's a case of rafa preferring 'solid' types who dont do anything 'out of the box' in their play, but just do as they're told and dont go down the 'individual creativity' route....but it does seem to only be more creative or attacking players who have spoken out against him.

I honestly think that with some people, if a story emerged whereby rafa had gone round a player's house and literally shat on the player's wife's face and then smeared it into her skin, it'd somehow be the player's own fault, and no blame would be attached to Rafa at all. If you read my previous post's. I'm not Rafa's greatest fan. I just think all players are cocks. If they were my employee's and spoke like that behind my back rather to my face, I'd bum them all and then sack there hairy arse's. The whole Rafa player bashing is a pretty generic story, especially as there has been rumours that Villareal are looking to replace Pires with him. Everytime Rafa wants to sell a player.

Dont get me wrong, Riera's a dick if he did indeed go to the press saying all that stuff. You have an issue, you keep it in-house, you dont feed the vultures scraps.

However, a player being a dick doesnt negate that there definitely seem to be issues in this area of rafa's management style and it's a concern.

I know Rafa's got pretty bad management issues, worse than **** on a stick. Its just that all the recent players that Rafa has attempted to shift out say the same generic thing. I just wish a player would say I want to leave.

Oh dear. I can't blame the guy, I know he hasn't played well this season but if he was off-form Rafa should be telling to play better not ignoring him. I have always felt that Rafa has his favourites and the rest who he thinks don't understand the game well enough don't deserve to have conversations with him.
