Well hopefully some idiots will stop trying to blame our poor season on Lucas and Kuyt. Better result than on Monday and both of them were playing, its hectic that some fans accused them instead of appreciating the fact that Torres, Gerrard, Babel and Johnston either returning from injury/ fitness/ form.Last edited by Woobus; 18-03-10, 11:43 PM.

Good result and better performance hopefully we can take it on for the rest of the season and get 4th, starting with beating the scum at the weekendThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If we were playing them at home I'd be extremely confident, but our away form continues to be so ****ing woeful, with absolutely no sign of improvement, that I'm finding it hard to envisage us getting a result. One of my Manc mates has been calling us 'game-raising cunts' this week - obviously in reference to our recent run against them, the patronising cunt - but we'll need to raise it on Sunday. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Sry, I saw the number 15, so if ure talking Torres he has 15 league goals in 17 starts - no penalties. Rooney is nowhere near - forget the vitriol. There's Polish guy in work who maintains Messi and Rooney are the world's best, "miles ahead of anyone else" - and he's a Liverpoool supporter (but always bitches about the team irrespective). He got 14 goals in the PL last year. If we sell him I might leave - this guy is bigger than the club imo.Yes folks, that's how proud I am of him playing for us! If he was fit for a whole season he'd get 30 in the league alone. He, imo, is the best player in the world.Last edited by ronanm; 19-03-10, 02:00 AM.Substance > Style

Great result and what we deserved over the two legs.
That and the Pompey resulte were just what we needed after the shocker at Wigan. A good result against the Mancs would set us up for 4th and a UEFA cup win IMO, would really give us the confidence boost we need so much at present.
Even a draw at Old Trafford would be a decent result, despite the need to get points on the board.
Either way, things are now looking much more positive.Forwards.......
