It would take double that for me to even consider selling him as it will be a loss in both leadership, heritage and talent. None of which can be replaced for 25m.

Yep. He'll be with us for the rest of his career I hope. No club would offer what we'd want for him and any money we did get for him wouldn't be enough to replace him. Players of his talent just aren't available, especially to a destitute club struggling to qualify and compete in the europa league.
