The alternative shirts thing a fantastic idea. It'd piss the sponsors off, it'd reduce the money Hicks makes from merchandising, it'd still give the fans something to wear, to show their support and it'd give the trend-followers something to....well, follow.
The colour is crucial but i dont think it should be red, as that's too close to the normal shirts and might be harder to notice.

I like this !Originally posted by liverpooltj View PostThe lads on TLW are looking into getting an alternative match shirt for next season. Here is the link to the thread. Someone also suggested we should buy corinthians flags and scarfs in reference to how hicks ****ed that club up and wear them to the match.

I think the idea dave is to have a shirt that wont be the same colour as anything we will be wearing next season. Don't quote me on that though. Green would be a good colour as would orange IMO.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posti think this shirt should absolutely be green.

important points are:
1. we are unlikely to have a green away kit next year. it's been a while for that one.
2. however, we have had them in the past, and you can link them specifically to the club.
3. also, green, in pure color terms, is the opposite color to red and nothing would stand out any better.dave of mutilation

As soon as the lads on TLW get something together with the shirts i will post it on here as i will defo be up for getting one! Here is what they want to do basically.
1. A colour that will stand out,
2. A simple message saying 'Get Out'.
Then we'd need the jersey to be advertised and finally we'd need somewhere to sell the jersey. As I said before people on TLW are working on setting up a website with information about the owners, so maybe it could be sold there. I am not really sure to be honest.
