This is the biggest **** up of yesterday IMO. Rafa sacrificed our best chance of getting 3 points by taking off Torres, either because he thought a point wouldn't be sufficient in the race for fourth or because he thought Thursday was a greater priority or both. But he has put us in a situation where we have to beat CHelsea to have any chance of 4th, and that could well hand the title to the Mancs.

After 6 years here the guy still does not have a clue about what is important to the club and its fans; and what's more he has not figured out this league. I am sick and tired of this hold it tight and only start attacking in the last 15 minutes bull**** mentality.

I like the guy personally but he has tried my patience for the last time. Even if we win the sodding Europa League he needs to go.

I don't see the problem with beating Chelsea and letting Man U win the league. I mean I don't like it but it's only postponing the inevitable. They are much more likely to win no.19 than we are any time for at least the next 5 years, so we should do what is best for our future, not what is best for our past.

TBF, this is bollox. Torres was obviously knackered and out attacking play improved when he came off. Rafa had to gamble the result of the game on the finishing of N'gog and the gamble didn't pay off. While I'm sure that Torres would have taken some of the chances N'gog missed, we may not have made those chances if he stayed on. Football isn't as simple as Top stiker stays on = we win.

I was gutted when he took Nando off. Look at the Villa game. Did **** all for 89 minutes, then that.

Mixed feelings now though. Nando was clearly bollocksed in Benfica and spent the next two days thigh deep in ice. His display yesterday was a tired one and, as usual, their centre-backs were kicking through the back of him (why is Nando the only striker in the league who has this done to him with such regularity?). We improved almost immediately when he went off.
