I agree Tom. Cant hold Rafa to blame when there is a distinct lack of effort by the players. They actually look afraid. This seasons premiership challenge is well and truly over and its only October. Butlins has a longer season than us.

Agreed. He needs some serious stick to see what he's made of, and so do the players. The way he's messing them all about is disgraceful, form players on the bench (Crouch), out of form players (Garcia) and no form players (Gonzales) on the pitch, players out of position. It's scandalous, he could hide the lot under the results carpet if we were winning but we're losing games, confidence and playing ****e. He's got no defence for the state of the side at the moment.

And the players are awful, almost all of the squad really. But with so much tinkering, they've got themselves a little bit of slack.
