the more worrying thing for me is gerrard and alonso. i think i could get in the team ahead of them on current form. at least i'd run around a bit before my heart gave out.

rafa can't win the battles for you once you cross the white line. second best in atitude and technique.

I agree I was going to say something similar earlier. All is not well at the inner sanctum of the club, maybe the rumors of players being unhappy (Gerrard) are true?

i don't think you could blame kuyt because he's had absolutely no service due to the rest of the teams poor performance.

what gets me is that man for man we are better than them in most postions but we don't seem to be playing with the same fluency as them.

last season we played with hunger, grit, confidence and passion. we went to goodison and spanked them went to other places like st.james' park, villa park etc... and won. we were a good side. this season we have none of those qualities.
