    The circumstances are irrelevant, he was still a super-star player who was lured to Man City for the money ... if City were in there CL there would be more of them willing to make the move.

      Totally agree, which is why I was hoping spurs would beat them and finish 4th

          Hodgson is already in the papers today quoted as saying he's going to field a weakend squad sunday against Arsenal.. So that looks like 3rd wrapped up... mind you it's Arsenal, so anything can happen LOL
