I am expecting the sale of the club to have gone through by then, and I really beleive we have the guts of the a great team, we just need about 3 more top draw players .. maybe 2 worldclass and 1 very good player ...

If the we do not get bought before the beginning of the season, we might as well rename ourselves Leeds. As we will suffer the same demise!!!

Torres or Gerrard to leave in the summer.

Outspent by several clubs in the transfer market with significant signings for both Spurs and Citeh. No club sale and minimal transfer budget so 5th to 7th position again for me.

Currently I have no idea what to expect. I think that it is possible that if we can only spend what we get in from transfers and keep the core of the team together then we could improve significantly as a team compared to last year. That said there is a significant chance that players might be off, we won't get to spend money raised and other teams could also improve.

Making any sort of judgements before transfer dealings this summer seems even more foolhardy than it usually does.

has to be a top 4 as priority and im not arsed about any cups or the europa - use them purely for youngsters and squad players to find form/confidence to push for the first XI -

38 league games, everyone has to be treated like a cup final.

We need to somehow sign a solid left back and another striker as a minimum, keeping the main stars, and hopefully get a bit of luck on the injury front. - i think if we can get the following fit and all of them playing together in say a min 25 of the 38 games, we have a chance

the four in bold being the issue - they seem to suffer most with injuries, are vital to the way we attack, and should be rested and fresh for league games before anything else

didnt vote in the poll as i EXPECT ( if the situation remains unchanged at the club to how we are now ) to finish a lowly 7th with no silverware.

IMO we have to push on this summer and revamp the team / club for a fight for the top 4 in the league again....anything less and it would be devastating to the club. however, if we lose ste and / or torres and have no money to replace them - or we have no money full stop to enhance the squad - or rafa stays and doesnt change his mentality then as said, i expect to struggle really bad next year.

Squad size will be key and I would hate to lose out on a CL place for the sake of a Europa Cup.

I'd expect the challenge for top four to be an absolute priority.
