Thanjk you.

Thats exactly my feeling, the man loved us - he was drawn a poor set of cards by the owners (Both G&H and Moores).
He was but he also didn't help himself sometimes with poor signings (all managers do and could be attributed to the owners) and some more than baffling tactics/substitutions.
I would agree, if it weren't for the fact that we've not won anything for four years and only ever been in the title race once. I think that pretty much indicates it's not just one bad season.
Your expectations seem entirely unrealistic to me. Compare our spending in that period with that of Man United, Chelsea, Arsenal and, more recently perhaps, Man City and Spurs (bearing in mind the last two did not have to prepare for a CL campaign as well).
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
Its for the best for him though. This season's been tragic and he's contributed towards his own downfall as is always the case. I think he will go to one of the Milan clubs and be a success. He will be a great International manager one day too. But it just wasn't happening for him here anymore
We need to move on quickly now and get new owners in
Mind you I just read this on there and couldn't agree more...
Agreed and best of luck to the man, this club doesn't resemble the club i started supporting as a boy. The only reason Rafa has left is because he doesn't agree with the 5 ****ers at the club no other reason, nothing to do with his performance, he was our defender whether you agreed with him or not. All the ****s happy that Rafa is out have no idea where they should focus their energy, Rafa was the least of our problems and in fact the only shining light in all this ****.
I hope he finds the club he deserves and wins many Champions Leagues and medals just to rub it into this Sky Sports new generation fan as well as all the ****e pundits, he deserves better.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
Of course it's entirely a matter of conjecture but just the one bad season? And, OK it was fairly stultifying to watch at times and very disappointing in the end but was it that bad in terms of results? We weren't all that far off fourth and with better luck with Torres' injury might well have been in the UEFA cup final against Fulham.
After finishing 4 points of winning the league and being tipped by many to win the title, 19 defeats and a 7th placed finish was a disasterous outcome to the season, whichever way it gets dressed up.
To suggest that it wasnt a bad season is something even fredo wouldnt do.
Leaked to the press, while he's on holiday, with a derisory offer of £3m out of the £16m his contract is worth and having given him a net budget of £27m in the last 3 years?
Yeah, they treated him brilliantly...
He failed and is getting £6m , boo ****ing hoo.
The backing in the transfer market has not been there, but the club is skint, so I didn't expect much more tbh. But not giving him cash is hardly being disgraceful towards him is it?
I have also just read a post on RAWK which echoes something I was thinking about last night...
...the prospect of Kenny getting into bed with the four ****wits. Unless I'm mistaken Rafa was behind bringing Kenny back to the club. For so long Kenny was the only pundit brave enough to go on Sky Sports and defend Rafa against the inane drivel offered by Keys, Redknapp and Gray. He was brilliant for that.
And now he's gonna work with that lot and step into Rafa's shoes?
It worries me greatly. I don't want to lose any respect for Kenny but I think I'm about to.

What events exactly? In this day and age it is inevitable that the press get hold of these stories before the "right" time, Happens every day now in every walk of life.
Even more inevitable when the club leaks stuff to them.
Rafa was on holiday, the first we should've heard of this should've been after rafa had come back and met the board himself.

Yes they are unrealistic in comparison to some of the others. But Rafa knew what he was getting into when he joined. And if everyones expectations for Liverpool is 7th place then I am very suprised.

I don't want Kenny Dalglish managing us regardless.
Legend of a player but he's had his day as a Manager.
