I'm gutted. I've had plenty of reservations as to whether rafa could bring us the prem. His team selections & subs baffled and enraged me, sometimes. I thought there were more positivrs, than negatives though, this past season aside. I'm gutted for the club, though. I can't see who can be brought in who can do better, with the ownership as it is. I hate to say it, but at present, i fear for our club.
Rafa, thank you for your passion & commitment, you'll never walk alone.

I was trying to verbalise my thoughts on the matter and came up with pretty much exactly what you said.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

The shows called 'would I lie to you' or something like that, turned it off when I saw him on it, what a day to put him of all people on a show called that

Was just thinking today couldn't get much worse and then I saw that worm on tv, cunt makes my blood boil
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

Also what we've got to appreciate..... We (the fans) wouldn't know half the ****e that was goin on behind the scenes if it wasn't for Rafa.

I have no doubt (regardless of whether he made mistakes or used strange tactics/substitutions) he always.... always had the best interest of the club at heart... He loved the city, loved the fans, loved the club... If he was given the right backin we would have done great... and i mean great things.

Its only just really settled in that he's actually gone tbh....... ****in devastated.

Maybe one day when the cancers are gone there may be a chance for Rafa to return. Under the right owners he knows what he can achieve at LFC!

Must you keep referring to those cunts in that way?

But Dalglish never let anything affect his form on the pitch

He could moan at passes, teammates, referees yet still produce week in week out, year on year

We've seen a number of times when Gerrards form has dipped once under Houllier and then last season. Both times hes not been right mentally

If Gerrard goes hes goes, I certainly would not be bending over backwards to persuade him to stay particularly if a big bid came in and he wanted to go

As Carragher said anyone who wants to jump ship can go
                            What a naïve post

Dalglish played in the best teams. Great teams under great managers. Teams that won Championships and European Cups on a regular basis. He never had to drag a team, week in week out, through thick and thin. Truth is, Houllier and Rafa had success at Liverpool due, in a large part, to Steven Gerrard.
                            Another MASSIVE game

I've just seen this and thought it was interesting:

Win percentages for Liverpool Managers since Shankly

                              Shankly...52.0%
                              Paisley....57.4%
                              Fagan.....52.6%
                              Dalglish...60.6%
                              Souness..41.4%
                              Evans.....50.4%
                              Houllier...50.8%
                              Benitez...57.1%

Benitez' record is only bettered by King Kenny and Bob Paisley both of whom took over the managers job when the team/squad was very strong. It shows that the incoming manager whoever he may be has a tough act to follow (despite what some might say about Rafa).
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
