sorry man. didn't realise i was such a cunt. will you be my lifecoach and see me through the tougher times? a cool head like yours but with the cojones to deliver an internet forum knockout is just what i need. i can pay you with a big bag of "go **** yourself - internet warrior formula" once a day.Originally posted by Redshadow View PostBadpiggy: ''If it's M O'N, i think there could be a Liverpool legend in the making. Steady management, serious passion, good with players. If he can steady us and get us playing to our potential again, see out 6-9 months and be ready for new investment, he could be the next manager to make the step up into the bigtime.''
Are you Really THAT thick or do you work at it? Serious Passion? We don't NEED Passion - What we need is Good Management - Better than ANY the ''get it down the wings, kick the ball long and cross all day long'' merchant O'Neill can provide. ''Step up into the big time"? You utter, utter prat - We were 4 POINTS FROM WINNING THE BLOODY TITLE A YEAR AGO!!! How much nearer to the Big Time do we need to satisfy Fools like you?
To conclude, besides - O'Neill? A man raised in the FOREST way of playing by Brian Clough? The very ANTITHESIS of Everything for which this club once stood? Are you an idiot? We should NEVER take him - Not in a million years.............Felching ≠ Gerbilling

I think I'd give up with football if Rafa goes and Torres ends up at Chelsea. What an utterly utterly gut-wrenching though.
Me too, absolutely no doubt about it.

Put it this way - I'm not getting angry at you so much as the very idea that O'Neill could end up Here at Anfield - Believe me, we do NOT want him, Not Now, Not Ever.....Last edited by Redshadow; 03-06-10, 03:20 PM.

I'm really not convinced by Martin O'Neill's style of play. He also only has one plan which seems a problem if you want to compete for anything. I'm not convinced his Forest background has anything to do with it.
I do think we need passion though - someone without it will wilt and fade in what is going to be our most difficult season in years."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

You're probably right Doogle it's just A) I HATE Martin O'Neill with a passion along with Clough and all BOTH their works - Have done for years and B) I'm already in one of my Worst tempers for ages today over the way our board are Trying to give Rafa' the modern equivalent of his Managership being knifed in a fight in a street (stabbed in the back methinks?) after all he's done for this club. THAT news about O'Neill it is safe to say did NOT improve my mood...........

Tony do you not agree with me that the club is in a much better state now than when I took over?

You're spot on Tom. As ever. There are £351 million reasons why the club is in tip top shape. It's a shame you haven't visited Liverpool lately to see the fruits of your labour for yourself. The people over here love you.
