Lets completely ignore the fact that he made us a genuine force in Europe again (1 win, another final, a few semi finals), twice broke our Premier League points record, including missing out by just four points with our highest ever tally. Obviously last season was a disaster, but one season does not make a career.

In that time he's had to compete with the financial powerhouses of Chelsea and Man United, and in the last couple of years has basically had a £0 net spend as has been mentioned plenty of times.
