I'm not saying Kewell should be in the team, but it really is such a shame that he had such a bad time with injuries. I remember he signed on my birthday and I was so ****ing excited. He had the odd great spell, but never really produced the goods, mainly (IMO) due to the injuries. He really could have been a top top player for us otherwise.

Totally agree..

I had high expectations for Harry but he just didn't have the mental state to succeed for me..

He almost appeared to give up, whenever things weren't going well.
A very frustrating player to watch.

i think it was more to do with riera rather rafa.

also surprised that arbeloa isnt on more peoples list.

I think he's unlucky because his best position was right back and we've had a couple of good right backs in Johnson and Finnan. Although he could slot in at left back it wasn't his best position.

i dont think Johnson is better than arbeloa yet. HE may well be as he fits the modern attacking full back mould than Arbeloa. Finnan solid but i think Arbeloa was the best right back the club has had in the last 5 years maybe a fair bit longer.

I agree that Arbeloa was under-rated by many, but I think that he was caught out of defensively about as much as Johnson, Johnson's extra edge going forward just pushes him ahead for me, particularly as we've lacked creativity.
