Thanjk you.

Benayoun was a good player while he was here, I think he should appreciate what he did for us and remember the special moments he provided, i.e RM in the CL and vs Fulham winner in the 93rd minute
So is Torres, would you feel the same if he left for Chelsea too?
If torres left, it'd be because he'd kicked up a fuss and demanded that he was allowed to go.
I think Benayoun left because the club was keen to sell.
I think it is probably both. He wanted a chance to compete again in CL and for top 4 and we were not opposed to let him go... I was hoping we'd get little more than £5.5m though.

He like every player wants to win trophies, he was offered a great chance to do that with a wealthy club that has the resources to do so during what's left of his career, it's a no brainer really for Yossi.
It wont be quite so good for him if they win the title and he doesnt play enough games to get a medal.
Obviously, but i think he'll get enough games under his belt to get a winners medal, and i don't think players really look at it that way, he'll back himself to get games, as every player should.
Mark Saggers on TS reminded us all today how he told us this deal would be done, and that the deal was put in motion by Abrahamovic himself..at the same time he started the hunt for Torres, wants them both, Saggers said this weeks ago, before the Yossi to Chavs rumours surfaced, he also said the Torres deal is more complicated, but the Russian is still keen and on the case. ******!

I agree that he will not have much playing time with them but I still think this was a very shrewd buy by Chavs (regardless of his age and their aging team). To me he is a very special player, like a joker in the deck of cards. He can make a difference on the pitch if given 20-25 minutes per game and that is certainly the reason why they got him.
6 mill for yossi aint bad. bit disappointed he gone as i like him as a player and there isnt many like him ( especially in our squad i mean ) who can unlock defenses . . . . . . however, when you consider van der vaart might be available from madrid for 8 mill, we got a good deal.
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

Van der Vaart available for £8M? if it is that is a bargain. We should sign him in a hurry.
