Thanjk you.

I wouldn't re-appoint rafa. If Roy proved a failure, I'd go and get Bilic. The money would give him some space to make mistakes in the transfer markets.
Most importantly, he'd look cool, to go with my new cool clothes, cool car and cool new friends. We'd spend at least one day a week getting stoned on my yacht in Monaco surrounded by scantily clad young ladies and playing guitar hero. In the evening we'd go out and see who could pull the highest ranked royal hottie. Kuyt could come too but only if he sourced the gear and pretended he was a deck hand when the hotties were around.
So, given Broughton's timescale, you'd wait until the transfer window is nearly shut, the preseason games have been played, we've played the opening Europa fixtures??
Or you'd inform all prospective buyers that Roy is in charge, and then it's up to them what action they take next?
No, I'm saying that IMO any change of ownership is likely to occur too late in terms of this transfer window for it to have any effect on our transfers or to bring in the appropriate manager this summer. Changing manager so close to the start of the season, and rushing through new plans and new ideas would have a negative effect on the squad I would hope that any new owners would see this Roy is here at present I would give him a season an review his performance even if he wasn't who I wanted long term.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Apologies for the ludicrous, hypothetical thread but I just let my mind wander and had a little daydream. It was ace. I was a Sheikh with billions to my name, and I bought LFC today. I then summoned Roy to my hotel and I sacked him.
If you were a billionaire and bought LFC today, would you sack Hodgson?
No because we are Liverpool and Liverpool don't sack managers after 2 weeks. We give them support and an opportunity to succeed. Liverpool is a family and we should be welcoming RoHo into the fold.

It's biyions. And biyionaire. And poye.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Sickening, Shaggy, absolutely sickening.
Tell you what's sickening, RoHo FFS
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

nowt against the man, but he is good for what we are as a club at present. if i were a billionaire, i'd sack him and get jose in.
A few of you guys are saying this, but jose has just signed for RM and would say stay there for at least a year, regardless of how much he is offered.
I would stick with Roy for one year at least. I think he's better then people give him credit for. I also like the fact that he said he doesn't like playing people out of position and keeping the players happy. I don't know why but i think he's right for the club in this current time.
Lets just get on with the job and see how it pans out at the end.
I'd probably buy a few new bikes. And maybe a shed.
I'd also have Purslow beheaded.

He would certainly still be able to talk as usual.
