It's players like yossi that i want to here from now and it doesn't sound good. Nor does it sound like sour grapes.

Although the manner of rafa'a departure was handled all wrong I am certain that his time was up.

I think with a modicum of shrewd transfer activity from roy that we will now see a massive improvement in our league form from last season.
Really ? "Rafa tried to break me" Not sour grapes ?..maybe justifictaion for leaving is what he's trying to get across..shift the blame from him onto a handy scapegoat no longer at the club he left to get away from.

And how very conicidental and down right handy...that at the time Yossi decided he just had to go and get away from the tirant that was Rafa....Chelski came for him, i wonder which came first...his dire need to escape Rafa...or Chelseas interest in buying him. And i also wonder..how urgent his escape from liverpool would have been if it were Bolton that wanted him.

I wish when players leave for what everyone knows is a club they want to join, with better title and trophy chances than lfc just now...that they would just say so, and not come out with **** about how they would have stayed but for this or that reason.

Vermy normally I'm on your side mate, but you need to give it a break with these anti-Rafa conspiracies

I dont think this is black and white, it's shades of grey, but I don't think Rafa was entirely innocent in all this. There's just been a few too many players with the same complaints for it to be totally made up. Some of the others like Alonso and Arebloa I would have imagined would have said similar things but had to much respect for the club to rock the boat. Sadly Yossi couldn't wait to stick the knife in

Hate players who get on like this when they leave a club, used to love Benni but a very classless act from him. No reason to come out with this crap as there is already enough clouds over the club without this bull****. He deserves to be at a club as classy as Chelsea.

or an act of a man who is gutted and passionate about at having to leave a club because of how his manager acted.

I think this is true, all he's done is explain the situation (to the fans) as to why he left.

Can't agree, he comes over as a **** in that issue and as I said, has a huge inflated opinion of his performances last season.
It is a cheap shot and nothing else.

If he had conducted that interview whilst he was a Liverpool player, I'd agree that it would've been a cheap shot.

But he's now with Chelsea and he's only telling the truth about his working relationship with Benitez. I just think he felt the need to explain, to the fans, the circumstances of his departure.
